MMW Corporation wasn't born from a business plan; it was born from a table. Before we were a store, we were a family trying to hold it together. My child, who is my entire world, is on the autism spectrum. In the early days, I watched them struggle to find a place where they felt understood, not just accommodated.
At the same time, I saw our local community lacking simple, affordable services that didn't require a 30-minute drive or a $50 bill just to get a document notarized or a computer looked at. So, I asked myself: What if I built a place that solved both problems?
That’s the "We Are Family" philosophy. This isn't a retail store with a charity gimmick. This is a community living room disguised as a convenience store. We offer purpose-priced services like a $4.99 computer fix or a $1.99 copy job—not as loss-leaders, but as a promise that no one in our neighborhood has to choose between paying their electric bill and getting essential help.

MMW stands for the initials of my children—my greatest teachers and my "why." My child on the autism spectrum is the quiet co-founder of this entire operation. They taught me that the world doesn't need more loud, flashy brands; it needs patient, gentle, and consistent spaces. Every decision we make runs through one filter: "Would this make my kid feel safe, valued, and understood?" If the answer is no, we don't do it.

I'm the one behind the computer fixes, the notary stamps, and the late nights folding hoodies. But I don't do it alone. I've handpicked a tiny crew of people who share this vision—folks who aren't just employees but extended family.
